Job description

Be part of a growing UK-based business while working remotely

We're looking for a proactive IT Operations & Support Coordinator to help manage day-to-day support operations, maintain accurate records, coordinate suppliers, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming support requests and ticket allocation.

  • Monitor and report on helpdesk activity.

  • Maintain operational reports and performance trackers.

  • Manage hardware and software inventories.

  • Coordinate equipment purchases and replacements.

  • Work with suppliers and vendors to resolve equipment-related matters.

  • Assist with customer enquiries and issue resolution.

  • Maintain support documentation and process guides.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Working Hours

08:30 – 17:00 (UK Time), Monday to Friday

Job requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, helpdesk support, or technical support.

  2. Strong organisational and coordination skills.

  3. CRM systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.

  4. Strong communication skills.

  5. Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.

  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  7. A reliable internet connection (fibre preferred).

  8. A backup solution for connectivity or power outages (UPS, inverter, generator, or alternative internet connection where possible).
